Intended Use

Our products are exclusively intended for their designated purpose.

Decorative items are purely for decorative purposes and are not suitable as toys.

Information on Natural Materials

Many of our products are made from natural materials such as slate and wood.

Material-related differences in color, structure, grain, surface, or edges are natural and do not constitute a product defect.

Each product is a handmade unique item.

Information on Epoxy Resin

Products with epoxy resin should be protected from strong heat, open flames, and direct sunlight for extended periods.

Avoid contact with sharp objects and aggressive cleaning agents.

A soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient for cleaning.

Information on LED Products

Depending on the model, our LED products are powered by USB or batteries (AA or 9-volt block).

Batteries are not included, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description.

Only use suitable and undamaged batteries or a suitable USB power source.

Electrical components must not be opened, modified, or repaired independently.

LED products must not come into contact with water or other liquids.

Damaged cables, battery holders, or LED components must not be used further.

Should your product arrive damaged or have a defect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

• Photos of the packaging (in case of transport damage)
